Which breed to choose

There are currently more than 400 breeds recognized by the FCI.

This gives us the opportunity to find a breed that has the attributes of the dog we are looking for and therefore discover the dog which is best suited to our personality, our lifestyle and the utility we wish to target.

The physical characteristics as well as the natural aptitudes of each breed are listed and described in detail in a breed standard.

Thanks to the permanent efforts and the implementation of selection programs developed by conscientious breeders associated with the CPC, the breeding of robust, safe, healthy and balanced dogs is possible; dogs who have all of the characteristic qualities and functional abilities of their breed.
